1 of 4: Capacity Reports and Waitlists The capacity report displays the total registrations for each event. Most courses or events have a maximum capacity which may be entered when the event is setup and published. A report form displays the number of registrations versus the capacity so resources can be planned as the event date draws near. When the capacity is reached, registrations are automatically closed, but the individual may signup for the waitlist.
